If you’ve purchased a home in the community, welcome! Please refer to our community architectural guidelines on landscaping standards, and our formal process. Once you have completed your landscaping, you will be required to contact our architectural applicator for a final inspection. Once your final inspection has been approved, please ensure your builder is made aware so we can work with them to coordinate the release of your landscaping deposit.

Yes! There are currently three active showhomes in Woodbend, by Bedrock Homes, Homes by SherBilt, and Jacob's Construction. Please note, hours may vary due to the Builder's individual schedules, holidays, and so on.
